1. Account creation and authentication

We collect email and authentication data to create and secure your account, including email verification flow.

2. File uploads and processing

Uploaded media files are processed to enable playback, caching and synchronization features in connected workspaces.

3. Camera access (QR login)

Camera access is requested only when QR-based login is used on compatible devices.

4. Workspace invites

Workspace owners may invite users by email. Invite records are retained for audit and access control.

5. Local cache and sync

Lumina stores temporary local cache data on supported devices to reduce latency and playback interruptions.

6. Data retention

Data is retained while your account is active, unless legal obligations require longer storage.

7. Account deletion

You may request full account deletion from account privacy settings. Deletion removes authentication records and associated workspace relations.
